I switched to talktalk november last year and got confirmation about £60 voucher. 90 days past long time ago and I didn't get any email.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include either your account number or home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

i also have not recevied my £60.00 amazon voucher.i joined talktalk broadband in march this year and have not had any email with amazon voucher sent to me.i got in touch with giftcloud.com and after giving them my order number and account number they have not replied.the voucher is one of the reasons for choosing talktalk,so they should deliver what they promise
