Activating service over the phone

Is it possible to activate service over the phone?  I received the WiFi router and youview box in the mail today.  Our service appointment isn't until 1 April.

If you've already been provided with an activation date then it's not possible to bring the date forward. Were you advised that an engineer was required to visit the property?
