Actually get my internet to work or im cancelling it

Only been with you ten days and not had internet for most of that rung u 3 times and just been fobbed off sat waiting for a lady to ring me back dudnt happen one very unhappy customer dont want apologies just want it sorted or I'm canceling it

@Alisonfeerick This is the Idea Exchange, where customers give their idea's to improve TalkTalk's Service. 

 

If you're having issues with your Service, you should start a 'Post' through this link: https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/forums/postpage/board-id/fibre

 

This way an OCE will hopefully be able to help resolve your issue. I normally find the Community to be a better form of support. Hope all is fixed for you soon.
