I was sent a new router - didn't ask for it. The plug isn't a UK plug (or at least it doesn't fit my UK sockets). Am I going to be sent an adaptor? I don't see why I should have to find one for something that's been imposed on me.
P.S. This is the most wilfully convoluted way of allowing (or failing to prevent) customers to contact customer service I've ever encountered. I want someone from TalkTalk to respond - no offence intended, but I don't want a natter on a forum.
