Amazon Echo Dot code invalid

The code for my Echo Dot bundle is invalid. I've tried all the suggestions in previous posts (colour, no spaces in code, sold by Amazon) and nothing will work.

Thanks for your post, sorry that you are having problems.

 

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

@kateyp123, due to a software glitch, your topic didn't escalate into the workflow. I've now ensured that it is in the queue for attention. 

 

Please add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard. 

 

Staff reply during the day Monday to Friday.
