Hi.. I started my new contract on 31 March (50 days ago) .. This contract came with the offer to receive 12 months of Amazon Prime which I was supposed to receive 2 weeks after my contract started. I've called 5 times, each time telling me to wait. My latest call said they have escalated the issue and I would receive the email within 7 days .. it's now 12 days later .. Can someone help me with this please? Thanks
