Amber flashing light since Friday

My Internet is on and off all the time since Friday. I have restarted router several times, I have switched it off for 30 minutes, nothing seems to be helping. It has amber light flashing all the time.

I just responded to your post on another thread, and it sounds from that thread like you may have already arranged for an engineer to come out, however if you still need help from the staff on this forum they will be able to help when they are back on Monday.

 

For one of the TalkTalk OCE's on this forum to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number & alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.

 

Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.

 

Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
