Another customer with access issues to Bridge Base Online

I have been unable to access Bridgebase.com via the router as from last Monday. I do know they had an issue with the servers which are now up and running. I am able to access the site using my data allowance on my mobile phone, but not via the TalkTalk router. I have rebooted the router and the issue has still not resolved itself.

I also know that a few other people with other internet providers are having issues accessing the site presently via their routers, though not if they use their mobile data...

 

What is the issue and what can I do to resolve this?

Thanks for checking on me Michelle,

 

I'm in the office, so did call family to switch off the router, only to be told that the site is now accessible. So whatever the glitch was, it seems to have rectified itself on its own. I shall certainly reach out if there is any further issue.

Morning,

 

Can I just confirm, have you tried powering the router down for a full 30 minutes as this will clear the current session?
