I phoned at 5.30pm last tuesday to make a complaint about my broadband service and was told that I couldn't! Apparently I needed to speak to a Manager but they all finished at 6pm so one would call me back... I was working 9-7 for the next 4 days and I'm not able to take personal calls at work, so I was promised that a manager would call me on the Sunday (Today).
Nobody called so now I have TWO complaints. I don't hold out any hope of talking to anyone so want an email address that is manned!
