In the past few days the internet response has frequently had drop outs, screen freezes, 'Waiting for response from...' or 'Oooops, can't connect' which a retry usually fixes. I'm also not able to watch any of the catchup channels because the picture freezes after a minute or two.
On the service dashboard yesterday it said there was an ongoing problem in my area (East Grinstead) but today it doen't mention one.
Can someone help please?
BTW, I've done the usual power off/on etc..
