Appointment and router

Hi. We have just moved in and ordered the internet and line before we completed last Monday. The appointment for an engineer was booked for 3 April. I am working from home and having to use mobile data which is costly at the moment so was hoping that I could get some clarification about whether or not we will be actually having this appointment given the current situation. We also haven’t received the router yet even though the confirmation email from earlier in the month stated that we would get it beforehand.  There is no contact details so cannot confirm this over the phone. Please help!
