Can any one help please? We reported a fault with our WiFi as when we use games or social media apps they don't work. But do when we use 4g, we had an engineer out to test and change some things with the broadband and he seems to think it all works when it doesn't! We've never had a problem with other operators so why so much problems with talktalk?
Do you mean it won't work on the TalkTalk broadband or just on devices connected by WiFi.
What about devices connected by LAN cable ?
If they are being blocked completely, check your Home Safe settings in your online account.
If it's only WiFi devices, check permissions and any security software.
