BB Network down- Lancaster Sth

Lancaster (South) Scotforth area, BB all providers affected by flooding (again!) of the beck by Lentworth Drive. Last week it took 18 hrs or so to resolve.

Hi Michelle. Sorry for the none-reply. Just back onto UK and on 14 day quarantine!!. After the 'floods' and post-flood effects, all 'seems' to be OK at present. Latest speed check 7.7 up, 21.1 down. Voice service AOK. TV box AOK.

Your sync speed is currently 20.7Mbps and line test is passing. How many telephone sockets do you have? Do you have anything connected to your telephone socket(s) in addition to your router?

Sorry, but these two topics should not have been 'merged' they are two instances on two different days. Just happen to be the 'same' type of instances, ie total down of the bb and painfully slow

Cleared on the 12th after approx. 12 hrs.Today, 24th it happened again only this time no floods. Now back up

Wow. today is the limit. Monitoring for the last 3 weeks and never achieved anything more than 18.7Mbs Download. Today, not 15 mins ago, Wow, we reach 9.7. Yet according to the account 'report' by some miracle TT ( Service Status) say they have tested at 21 Mbs !!!! Just enough over the guarantee of 20.1 !! Today, for the third time in three weeks, the whole street was off air..but TT say "We have tested your line and its fine" even when the router is turned off and every other house in the street is off air. Wow, I think it might be time for a change of supplier come renewal time
