Day 3 and I keep receiving emails that the issue has been resolved when it hasnt, my previous post on this forum was not replied to and I cannot get in contact with anyone, I urgently need an engineer to take a look at the issue. My router has been flashing orange and white and has stayed that way despite the number of resets, I have checked wires and I've not had a single connection to the internet these past few days.

Your previous post was replied to by OCE_Karl on Wednesday, can you please just stick to the one thread as multiple threads for the same issue can cause confusion
