Bookmarks not recognised

Hi - my broadband went down last night, but seems to be running OK today. However, I've found a lot of my bookmarks don't work - I get various error messages or requests for authentification.

I've never had this before. Any suggestions what has happened? is this a temporary glitch?

I've managed to sort it out, by rebooting the router and also doing a 'safe mode' restart of Firefox. Thanks for the replies and suggestions

Hello,

Have you tried powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then retested as this will reset the current session?

Thanks

Hi Michelle, thanks for your reply and apologies for a late response. I have tried resetting my Firefox browser but it's not had any effect. I still get '400 Bad Request - Your client has issued a malformed or illegal request. ' when I try my bookmarks.

I get the same result using Safari, too, so I feel it is something to do with my broadband rather than the browser(s)

Morning,

The bookmarks would be managed by your browser. Have you tried resetting your browser?

Thanks
