We are paying talktalk for a service therefore should be able to contact them when there is a problem with the service. My internet has been dreadful since Christmas Eve.. Where is live chat. Everytime I click on service status and talktalk states that they have found a problem with my connection and I can use live chat. The link to live chat doesn't work. Surprise surprise. Bring back live chat.
There are no reported issues with Live Chat and the link is working here.
