Broadband Sign Up Voucher Offer

Hi

I have recently signed up with TalkTalk as there was an offer where if you sign up you get a £55 amazon voucher. Upon signup I was told to email uk-talktalkvouchers@awin.com to receive the voucher within 90 days.  I have emailed them repeatedly two months ago and they have not acknowledged any of the emails. Was wondering if anyone here had a similar experience? Customer service say it is nothing to do with them, yet I signed up via their website and the offer was adverised there. 

Just seems like a scam to get people to sign up.

Any info would be appreciated!

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

I emailed an Emily King at awin.com to inform her ...

I signed up for Talk Talk on the 18 October 2018

Order no. REMOVED and gave her my account details...

Account. REMOVED

I asked her where was my £55 voucher

That was on 7th Nov ...i have since contacted them again on the 16th Dec and still nothing ...can you help me?
