Broadband and internet fault.

Hi,

My broadband/internet stopped working last night.

I have run a Service Check and it  says there is "an issue with my broadband". I'm looking for help on how to fix this.

Hi Karl, it is dropping in and out. We are having periods of connectivity and then outages.

It's v challenging to stream anything, like Netflix.

Sorry for the delay and thanks for confirming. I'll take another look now.

 

I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault, however I can see re-connections on the line. Is the voice service ok with no noise on the line? Does your master socket have a test socket? If it does then would it be possible to connect the router at the test socket to see how the stability compares?
