My broadband/internet stopped working last night.
I have run a Service Check and it says there is "an issue with my broadband". I'm looking for help on how to fix this.

I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault, however I can see re-connections on the line. Is the voice service ok with no noise on the line? Does your master socket have a test socket? If it does then would it be possible to connect the router at the test socket to see how the stability compares?
