Broadband down for 6 days

Our broadband started dipping out on Friday and would let us connect every now and then. But it's been down fully for 2 days now, which makes working from home difficult.

 

Any suggestions as to why we don't have broadband?

In the meantime please check your community profile and add your landline phone number which is used to identify your account. Click avatar top right corner then settings, then wizard. Please don't post personal details here for security reasons

 

Have you tried a factory reset on the router?
