Hi,
Could I get some help with an issue I'm having please?
My Broadband (non Fibre) keeps dropping out and I have to reboot the router to get it back, this happens several times a day.
Thanks

Hi,
I have just noticed I have another thread open (pc crashed when creating this so thought it wasnt created) for the same issue.
I've updated the first thread with the info you asked for.
I cant seem to delete this thread?
Sorry for any confusion
Thanks

Hi michael_burns
Are you experiencing any faults with the landline service when making calls? (noise on the line)
Thanks
Debbie

I've attached a pic of the junction box outside, it has no cover so my wiring which goes to it is exposed...... Likely culprit?
Also
Grabbed this from the routers log after a Broadband drop out this morning:
Mar 11 09:55:48 LCP down.
Mar 11 09:55:48 Connection terminated.
Mar 11 09:56:12 ATTACK Detected: SPI attack from WAN (ip:62.24.196.13) detected. Packet dropped.

Weirdly the IP blocked for an attack belongs to Talk Talk???
