Hi, my broadband has been unreliable for a couple of weeks now and keeps disconnecting. It's been particularly bad this morning and keeps dropping out after a few minutes.
Also, looking at your service checker, it shows I'm getting a slower speed than expected.
Please could you see what you can do at your end to improve things please.

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults.
I have also optimised your connection and the sync speed has increased to 16.3mb.
Please let us know how the connection compares following this.
