Following a home move and 2 engineer visits i was told the Internet is working to the router now and it just needs making live. Open reach and talk talk said it would be by 12am.. on the first day still no change. Second 24 hours later still not working after multiple calls to talk talk. They don't seem to understand they haven't activated and set it live. Any ideas ?

Your account would have which phone number? OLD or NEW or SAME?
So maybe it is your login credentials that are awry, so that is where I would start.
Perhaps dial 17070 on land-line to confirm the current number.
DOUBLE check TT actually know you have moved.
They didnt turn up today. Below was the open reach booking ref number

I've lost so much time and money in the last week and half for engineers and it still doesn't work from my Googling all it needs is activating as the router says it is receiving broadband
Having moved home. 2 open reach visits and 1 missed appointment today
I have checked the router settings on the 191. And it says it is receiving broadband.
Having read online it seems this could simply need activating.
Been told 4 times by midnight and never does then the engineers don't turn up
I have been waiting since the 9th of October my live date from simply moving house for the Internet to be working..

3 appointments openreach havnt turned up to, and told system error booking yet I had booking ref numbers
There suppose to come today.. I wonder if they will. They didnt turn up yesterday
Hours wasted on chats and phone
3 lots of wages missed due to no shows
And still no broadband
Also told it was approved to wipe to £60 fee and I see its now on my bill
I have screen shots of the manager gained approval from the chat
What the heck is going on
It seems hundreds of people have the same issues all the time
