Broadband speed low and intermittently dropping out

Hi,

    Could someone please check / Optimize my line. My broadband speed is slowly dropping down and intermittently drops out altogether only for a few seconds but still a pain.

    My daughter is having to work from home and connects to a secure banking network via her laptop,so every time the connection goes she has to repeat the security process again. not much fun with a customer waiting. 

      fingers crossed.

 

My router goes straight to test socket.
