OK, if you'd like us to go ahead with the engineer visit can you confirm:

  • That you accept potential Engineers charges
  • Provide availability, either AM (8am to 1pm) or PM (1pm to 6pm) between Monday to Friday.

I've also PM'd you to confirm some other details

My router has been syncing at 64.8Mpbs down and 20 up for some time now. Speed test shows 37 mpbs down and 20 up. Can you check again see what the problem is before calling an engineer, I have switched the router off for 20secs and back on as in your recommendation, no change in speed sync is stable now at 64 down 20 up

Have you powered down the router for a full 30 minutes and then run a speed test?
