Please it is five(5)  days now since my broadband went live but it is still not connected to the internet but connected to the local network

Can you please update your community profile to include your:


  • Name

  • Telephone number

  • Alternative contact number

Hi,

 

I assume you have tried rebooting the router. If not it is worth a try as it may not be picking up the internet connection.
