Was moved from shell to talk talk recently and now my broadband drops as least twice a day very frustrating - online chat is a waste of time on hold for over 1hr with no outcome. Online checks done stating 'unable to recognise router please use talk talk' I would if I had one but I'm not paying for it. How do I get this sorted without explaining to another 'bot' help!
