Broken stand on Wifi Hub

New Wifi Hub, 5 minutes old. Stand will not reattach, severed limb. Please send a replacement, thanks.

Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.

Hi Chris,

 

No it was ordered through customer services after finding a fault in my previous router. My situation is not any different to https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Fibre-Broadband/Broken-stand-on-Wifi-Hub/td-p/2281858. I have spoken to customer services but they keep asking me if my Wifi i down or not, pretty useless.
