We have recently had a new router supplied by talk talk. The cctv that previously connected to the old router now does not allow access. The engineer who set up our original cctv has attempted to reset the system on the new router without success. He informs us that when the cctv is connected it does not show on the device list on the new router or allow him to ping or connect to the NVR.
Are you looking to provide a fix on the router to resolve this issue or is there anything else that can be done.
