Can't stream properly.

Streaming using Amazon firestick is not working most days. Other days there is buffering and halting. I have a new talktalk router but my main phone socket connected to it is very old (BT) one port and probably non NTE. I used my laptop via "service status" to measure broadband speeds of 63 Mbs to my house, 27 Mbs download and 13 Mbps upload. Where's my problem anyone?

Check for WiFi interference as that could affect the link between your router and the Firestick.

 

APPs are available for Windows and Android, not sure about Apple stuff.

 

Split your WiFi SSIDs and change the channel to reduce congestion, consulting the analyser as you go.

 

Do this close to the Firestick's position.
