Ive just spoke to someone from the techinal department about my internet speed and she said it wasnt right so she is sending a engineer out tomorrow but she said that if they cant fix the problem then the termination fee will be free. But i dont want to cancel my contract regardless of the outcome from the engineer because it is workong fine for what i need it for so my question is will i still he able to keep my services if the egineer is unable to fix the problem or will talk talk automatically end my contract bevause im not getting the right services

I'm sorry to hear this.
You would still be able to keep your services, only the account holder can decide if they wish for the service to be cancelled.
Please let us know how you get on following the engineer visit and we can look into this further.
