Hi TTB,

 

I have called your "loyalty team" but the call was dropped after 20 minutes and quite honestly I don't fancy wasting another 20 minutes explaining that Zen are cheaper and offering a 30 day term (which is key), I have actually tried your live chat service but it's intermittently showing as "connection unavailable" so please can you go ahead and cease my service as of 14/07/2021.

@JoeNewlan , @AllyM is correct, you need to contact TT directly to cancel.

 

Cancellations cannot be processed by forum staff.

 

You normally need to give 30 days notice, so trying to get it done by 14/7 may not be possible.

 

If Zen are providing a service over the phone line and not full FTTP, just order from them and they will arrange to take over your service.

I think you'll find that the only way to cancel is to phone the loyalty team unfortunately.
