Hello.

I am talk talk customer from 2019.

I want to cancel my contract.

I am calling to cancel but they are saying i don't have any account with them.

I never received a email and never received any bill.

I am paying £32 every month.

I have only a delivery note with my customer reference.

Help me please.

Are you able to log into My Account?  All your account information can be found in there, If you can add the customer reference that you have to the private notes section of your community profile I can see what I can find.

Unless you are on Future Fibre, you have a landline, just borrow a handset and dial 17070.

 

How did you manage to contact customer services without giving your number and passing security ?

 

Have you ever registered for an online account ?

 

If you have, the landline number is shown there.

Put your TalkTalk landline number in your community profile.

 

Click on the avatar at the top RHS of the page and navigate from there.

 

An OCE can then check the status of your account.
