Cancellation requested on the 25May2021, still no confirmation from talktalk

I requested all my TalkTalk services to be cancelled on the 21/05/2021, but it seems that I still got charged for the next month. Today I received an email saying "It’s great you’ll be staying with TalkTalk" 😞
Could you please confirm all services has been cancelled and refund any over-payment asap.

I have checked your account and there is no cancellation being processed, so I would suggest calling our Customer Loyalty Team during Business hours (Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 18:00pm) on 03451720046
