I requested all my TalkTalk services to be cancelled on the 21/05/2021, but it seems that I still got charged for the next month. Today I received an email saying "It’s great you’ll be staying with TalkTalk" 😞
Could you please confirm all services has been cancelled and refund any over-payment asap.
