Cancelling TalkTalk contract

Hi,

 

Unfortunately our TalkTalk broadband connection has never worked properly. An Open Reach engineer has been out to us three times but the issue still is not resolved. I would therefore like to cancel my TalkTalk contract. Please let me know asap how I can do this and what, if any, early termination fees there will be.

If Talktalk has worked to solve a problem for 30 days or more, without resolving the problem, you should be able to leave without early termination fees, @nismat79.
