Cannot connect to VPN and change HomeSafe settings

Hello. I have the DSL-3782 router and I am not able to connect to my work VPN. Connection works ok on my phone and with the same PC on another network.

I talked to someone via live chat on the website and they said that there is no TalkTalk router that supports VPN(I mentioned that on the forum it says that the 3782 might have problems with VPN). This is ridiculous so I'm assuming it's not true and I'm looking for a solution.

 

In addition to this, I tried disabling all HomeSafe settings, thinking that some of them might be blocking VPN, but I am not able to turn off Scam Protection. After I click the Off button it switches back to On when I leave and return to the page.

I have the same problem and the technician team was not able to help. 

Please help to solve this issue ASAP as it affects my working and shedual.

Hello!

 

I received the router and VPN works now. Also the connection works better overall. Before I had problems and wifi on my phone wasn't working right but now everything seems to be working fine. 

So for everyone that has problems with the DSL-3782 router, request a switch to the HG633.
