Please let us know how the connection also compares with the replacement router.

@Webdevuser great news, and you get a new router to try as well.

Regards Divsec, I don't work here, know little, and have too many opinions.

Hi @OCE_Debbie ,

I have worked from home today for the first time since changing the DNS settings in my router.

Everything has worked fine. I will try it again another day, and if it works well I am happy to send back the router you kindly sent me, so someone else can make use of it. I am very happy with my current HG633 router and would like to keep on using it.

Thanks so much.

Hi @OCE_Debbie ,

I have now worked from home a few days and could connect to VPN with no problems.

I would like to send back the other router, so someone else can use it. It is still in its original unoppened packaging. Can I take it to the post office and post it back?

Thank you,

Angela

Hi Angela

Thanks for keeping us updated 🙂

Yes this can be returned at the post office. Did you receive a returns bag?

Thanks

Hi @OCE_Debbie ,

I have posted the router back today using the return bag provided.

I think this thread can now be closed.

Many thanks with all your help.
