Certain apps are not connecting properly through wifi.

Thos is driving me crazy! Facebook and other apps will not refresh or connect properly. They work fine on 4g. Because I keep using my data up I can't even use a system I thought would work! Tried doing the refresh, uninstall app and refresh router. No good 😨

Please can you log into My Account and check if HomeSafe/KidsSafe is switched on? If this is on then try switching this off to see if it resolves this issue?
