I have moved to TalkTalk today and in the process of connecting all my devices. I use a Cisco Access Point (AIR-OEAP602I-E-K9) for VPN access and telephone calls to my work network. I have connected this to the router and it is not working. The Cisco Access Point is wired and other devices that are wired to the TalkTalk router are working fine. What do I need to change in order to get the Cisco Access Point working.
The WiFi Hub should work ok with VPN. Have you tried factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds?
Are you able to connect wired?
