You can just drag and drop the Community home page url onto your desktop if you wish.

Yes. Well, if the there is a way to include the option to include a drag-and-drop shortcut icon onto the desktop from TalkTalk's home page, I think you would attract more comment and support for when TalkTalk customers want to find an answer to a problem, or have things to add onto the community site. (A bit like a far better organised and secure version of Facebook!)
