basically any devices connected to our wifi seem fine, like the connection deals with online gaming and such fine.. that is, other than my work laptop, which i do have to use a VPN on. It constantly does the thing where its connected to our home wifi but shows 'no internet connection' which I'm sure anyone can agree when trying to work is frustrating.
We have the FAST 5364-3 T8 hub, light is white constantly on on the front of the router, and no wired connections, but as i said other devices connected to the wifi work fine. So i'm wondering if it's something to do with the VPN possibly?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as its becoming really frustrating now 😔

connection looks fine and there are no reported issues with VPN in conjunction with the Sagemcom router.
Some work places offer more than one connection, eg, VPN1, VPN2 etc. If your company has a few connections to choose from, please try a couple to rule out any issue with a specific server etc.
Also, if possible, test wired and wireless and see if there is any difference.
If still having VPN issues, log into the router and try changing the DNS to something like google DNS. 184.108.40.206 & 220.127.116.11
If these all fail, last option is to try a pin reset of the router - hold a pin or paperclip in the reset hole at the back for 10 seconds and this will fully reset the router.
