If on basic broadband or Fibre 35/65/150 add you phone number to your community profile, click your avatar at top RHS of this page.
Have you actually been advised your service in live ?
If your live date was today, it can take up to midnight for full authentication on the network.
What light(s) shows on your router ?
Does dialing 17070 get a readback of the correct number ?
