My connection was completely down last night ( I believe there were issues across Glasgow). It now seems to be working again - I've had to reconnect all of my device to the router however, I had paid for a technician to come out in January and he did something that created a second network from my broadband hub that ended in 5ghz (or something like that). That has now disappeared... How do I get that back?

Hi scaj5306

If your router / hub has been restored to factory settings then the Wi-Fi Names (SSID) will default to the Wi-Fi name that is on the label or pull up card at the back of the router / hub.

To restore the different names for the SSID follow the guide to Split your router's SSID (wireless network name)
