Hi. We have had long periods of disconnection for the past month or so (since changing our package and over the use of two different routers. 

We have spoken to talk talk via online chat, text chat, phone call and still have no solution.

Today we have been without internet since 1pm and both of us have to work from home at the moment. I have tried phone, text, Twitter and had literally zero response. 

Can anyone a) help get out router working b) tell me how to speak to a human member of staff c) advise on leaving the contract due to the fact we are without service for hours and hours each week.

I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults but I can see that the line is not in sync.

 

Which router is currently connected to the line? (make and model)
