D-Link DSL-3782 VPN not working

Hi.

It seems that the D-Link DSL-3782 router stops me from connecting to my work VPN.

Can someone please help with this?

 

I can see it's a recurring problem across users. To work from home at this unfortunate time, it is crucial to be able to access the VPN. Thanks in advance.

I posted the same problem with the same router and got a completely different response. What's that about?

The HG633 router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

 

Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

Hi @gialisse welcome to the community your post has been flagged for assistance and you should hear during tomorrow. It may be that your firmware needs updating, another temporary fix can be to change the dns settings away from TalkTalk Using 3rd Party DNS
