DECO Wifi Mesh - what is the Connection Type?

Hello,

 

As above really. I'm trying to set up a Wifi Mesh with a Deco E4 and it's not connection because I can't confirm the connection type. Dynamic IP doesn't seem to work. What could it be?

Does this Mesh have an inbuilt modem then, a lot of these units require an external modem & that is where the connection type is used?
