DLM reset - ADSL2+

Hi

 

had a few problems with my line recently (lightning strike) that are now resolved but i have a poor line profile applied 500kbit on a 5mbit sync, please can an OCE do a DLM reset?

Hi tom,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line which is detecting a possible fault towards the property. Does your master socket have a test socket? If it does then would it be possible to connect the router directly at the test socket so we can re-run the line test again and also so we can optimise the connection in this set up?
