Hi Team,

At present, I have RJ-11 connected back to my Wi-Fi router provided by TalkTalk. However, when I  use my RJ-11 to RJ45 to the WAN port of the router the internet connection is down.

I don't understand why the internet is not working when connected to the WAN port. Is there any setting required to change?

Regards,

Ravi

@ravimarri you only use the WAN input on your router if you have a separate modem.

On ADSL and VDSL (Fast Broadband, Fibre 35/65) over the phone line you connect the grey cable from the master socket/microfilter to the broadband socket on the router.
