My internet is very very slow and drops out on the hour. It is so bad I am in danger of losing my job as I'm pathetically trying to work from home. The only way to get it to work is to keep turning it off and on again. Download speeds of SIX this morning.
How can I cancel my account?

Broadband is testing ok, but I can see a loop on the line side of things.
Check the home phone, is it clear of any noise or crackles ?
Can you check the phone socket and see if it has a 'Test Socket' - If so, unplug everything and connect the router directly at the test socket with a filter and see if the drops continue.
