Broadband has been cutting out on an almost dailyde basis over the last 3 or 4 weeks now. I've reported it, had an engineer out apparently fixed the issue, and now it's gone off again and has been for a couple of hours. Is this being looked into or not? I'm getting nowhere with people I speak to on your chat function

Please can you update your forum profile to include your telephone number so that we can look into this further. To do this go into "my settings" then "personal information" then add your details.

Have checked. Says my router is disconnected from the network. All cables etc are connected properly though

Ok il flag it up just go to your setting at 192.168.1.1 to check to make sure your not getting interference
