Hi there we have signed up for broadband however it says it won't be installed for 14 days so we now are going to be without broadband for 8 days as can't be installed until the 20th. Can you move the install date earlier otherwise we will have to go with another provgider.

Ive removed your account number from view for security.
TalkTalk,like other ISPs are reliant upon OpenReach to complete the installation, so moving to another company at this stage will delay this even further.
Staff here do not work weekends, so it will be Monday at the earliest before they respond.
If your TalkTalk landline phone number is not included in your profile please update this or add your account number to the free format area, so staff can trace your account.
